so I can indeed get to LJ from work.
woot.

I finally have my own desk/cube today, very exciting.
New computer too.
First thing installed? Firefox.
stupid buggy IE...

anyway, lunch time. I got copious amounts of lunch food yesterday at the grocery store, but damn if I didn't leave it all at home. *le sigh*
and the guy I went out to lunch with the past two days is the guy who just left the company.
Do I make a new lunch friend today?

And what're the first extensions you add? I go straight for googlebar and adblock. Yesterday I found a little gmail extension.

oh, gotta check for that gmail extens.

I have a built-in mental adblocker. I've been on the intarweb for so long I don't even notice them. As for the googlebar, I don't use any of the features on it that aren't in the built-in google search.

The one I really like is the one that lets you switch the order of the tabs. That's usually the first one I add.

I haven't seen that one, I'll have to look for it...

I don't use googlebar either and the Gmail extension isn't too good cos if Firefox is running so is Gmail, usually...

totally cool.
real life is impeding my LJing lately, so I'm not too active at the moment. Hopefully it'll pick up again soon.
