you just know it's going to be a fun day when you come in to the office to 7 calls in the queue, and you've taken your quota of calls by 10:30am.

*beats head on desk*

someone corrupted the global address list, meaning our e-mail address book of... oh... 70,000 entries. and guess how many of those people are calling us? all of the ones we support.

I've answered 53 phone calls this morning. is it miller time yet?
