Brew verdict:
TASTY.
It is definitely a little bitter, it's kinda like a cross between an orange wheat beer, a trappist, and an IPA.
Kinda unique.
The curtlepine and I agree, that it's a resounding success for our first full brewing/bottling attempt.
If you'd like a bottle, stop by!
Got plenty to share.

Date: 2004-09-17 05:39 am (UTC)last 2 batches i've brewed have not been so great.. the first was decidedly o-k, mostly because it was a lighter brew and very tame/simple.. second batch i experimented to much. Note: If you ever get the idea to put cloves in your wart, make sure to go VERY EASY on them :) overly cloven beer is not such a wonderful thing.. a little goes well with orange and lemon peel in stout though i think, with a little chocolate or some espresso beans to round it out.
