Booting from CD. It copies all the files to disk, reboots, and starts the actuall setup process. Tries to detect "keyboard, mouse, and other such devices." halfway into that, boom. I think it may be the video card, amd has a patch on their site for agp cards under win2k, but you ahve to have the damn thing installed before you can patch it. *sigh* Would explain why it worked with my old p2 though and not the AMD.
