It is somewhat possible that I might could build you a drupal site, but I don't know how that would integrate with your existing forums setup, and I definitely don't have the time to build a site from scratch between now and November :)

Interesting. It'd probably be pretty easy to pull a custom flickr feed for each of the participants and show them on the front page. Especially if you got everyone to use a tag for the event.
