Ouch.
So those pull-ups that I couldn't finish for my work-out Tuesday? Yeah, I'm pretty sure I damaged my arms doing those. It's killing me (upper forearm, lower bicep) whenever I straighten them... so I'm doing it as often as possible to keep them stretched.

Sounds like my quads after my first or second WOD... I couldn't walk properly for 2-3 days, they were SO sore.

Heh. This reminds me of my current coach's oft-repeated comment to not do things that hurt. (He'll use exactly that sort of thing as an example, too, then point out that if you had an open wound on your arm, you wouldn't go rubbing that all over, and that that is essentially the same thing, except with the wound hidden under the skin.) I've actually been noticing faster recovery times when taking that advice.

But anyway, so I'm curious. The CrossFit web site doesn't list any affiliates in the immediate area. Are you going to Boston 3x week to work out?
