Ouch.
So those pull-ups that I couldn't finish for my work-out Tuesday? Yeah, I'm pretty sure I damaged my arms doing those. It's killing me (upper forearm, lower bicep) whenever I straighten them... so I'm doing it as often as possible to keep them stretched.

maybe soaking them in a bath with some salts would help loosen them up?

But anyway, so I'm curious. The CrossFit web site doesn't list any affiliates in the immediate area. Are you going to Boston 3x week to work out?

There's some new developing on the crossfit-somerville front, but nothing functional yet. ^_^
