hmm... interesting tidbit off of slashdot.

Yes, but there's MORE caffeine in a regular coffee than in espresso! It just tastes stronger.

On the other hand, studies have shown that moderate (read: rational) amounts of caffeine 1) are not addictive, 2) don't dehydrate you, and 3) measurably improve mental acquity.

So, maybe drop the mugs of espresso... but stick with the caffeeeeeeeeine!

How many grams of caffeine are in typical caffeinated beverages? I would have thought the amount would be measured in milligrams, but I don't know much about chemistry...
