SO a few months (a year or two?) after The Matrix came out, there was another movie that had a similar... aesthetic? target audience? something.
The poster for it has an assassin type guy wearing white gloves and two pistols. I read a penny-arcade review of it and decided it was worth seeing.
I have literally been trying to remember the name of this movie off and on for YEARS now.
