Mmmmm....
Beef, olives, tomatoes, garlic, capers, veggie broth, red wine, splash of vinegar, salt, pepper, bay leaves, and oregano.
Leave in a slow cooker all day, then eat.

nom nom nom.

Ooo, I just picked up a bottle of Absolut Boston the other day on a whim, will have to try that! *grin*

I did the same thing after seeing the ad for it plastered to the floor of the Kenmore T Stop, and it was after a trip to Eastern Standard that I decided to look for what in my cabinet could compliment it. Tea, cranberry, and orange seemed like a good NE mix. :)
