So my beer I brewed has almost been bottled for 2 weeks.
know what that means?
It's drinkin time.
I can't wait to try it!
I'll post with my thoughts when I do.
When I bottled it, it was quite bitter. I think I left the orange peel in a little too long since I had no good way of straining it out asap. I need to pick up some grain bags for next time I brew (which I plan to do soon, just need to pick a recipe).
Anyway, news will be forthcoming tonight on that one.
Today I had more to do at work, it was good. almost busy at times.

My dad's been brewing for ages, and there are still legends about the batch of blackberry champagne that he made eons ago, one mystic bottle of which he's sure is somewhere up in the attic (probably dead spoiled by now).
