A rare article about Ry Cooder, the man who I share a name with. NY Times, use privacy/privacy if prompted for login.
He always does interesting musical adventure (see Bueno Vista Social Club), I'm curious about this one.

Are you familiar with local musician Ry Cavanaugh, (with whom you also share a name... duh)? He was part of the Vinal Ave. String Band, plays now in Maybe Baby with Jennifer Kimball, also played a bunch with Kris Delmhorst. You might like his music, too.
