Nothing like upgrading your production VMWare infrastructure at 4PM and hoping nothing goes wrong...
Someone keep your fingers crossed for me.

EDIT: That went as well as it could have! woooot!

It's VMWare...what could happen? :)

Seriously though, fingers crossed and such.

The real advantage with VMWare is that all its problems are only virtual....

AHAHAHA.

I'll be here all week. Thanks.

The first time I heard of that I really thought the person said "Instant Rim Job dot com." I believe I spit my tea out and walked away shaking my head.

Is the 120 only saved for "special" knock you on your ass occasions?

[identity profile] wanderyng1.livejournal.com 2008-07-09 09:09 pm (UTC)(link)
I didn't even know there *was* a 120...until now.

There very much is and they only sell it as a 4-pack.

I'm interested in trying it, but I'd be afraid it would go to waste. Maybe I'll pick up a 4-pack and bring it to Ry's new place as a house-warming present. This way if I don't like it I can abandon the other three and I know they won't go unloved.

You are right I was thinking of the 90 which is in the 4 packs and the 120 on it's own.

Have you ever had Midas Touch Golden Elixir? Reading about it on their website it sounds fantastic.

It seems alike a lot of the information on their website is old as they all have 2007 release dates.

Is there a place you know of in the area that sells it?

I made beer and mead for years so it sounds very interesting and well worth a try.

Hrm...maybe we'll just split a bottle then

I am guessing he would not turn you away :)

120 IBU might be a bit too bitter for me. I tend to be more of a sweeter drink fan, but I'm working on expanding my horizons.

[identity profile] why-style.livejournal.com 2008-07-10 03:41 am (UTC)(link)
agreed. also, if you can find a 120 that's been aged, it's a lot less bitter. last summer i had a 1 year old bottle of 120 at the brewpub in rehobeth that was much sweeter than i expected. with it's high alcohol content, it was almost more like a liqueur.

this reminds me i need to raid the case of things i've had aging in my closet...
