beah and I have a pile of meat in the freezer, but neither of us know much about smoking, so I'm not sure if there's anything suitable to bring. Unless it's possible to smoke a brisket. Hmm. Actually, we have spare ribs and short ribs that might smoke well. Of course, they're frozen solid at the moment, so I suppose I'd better brine now, if those are worth bringing.
